What to put on a child safety card

A safety card lets a trusted helper reach you when your child gets separated from you.

Include a first name and recent photo, two or three guardian names and phone numbers, a short help message, and essential medical or communication notes.

Use an offline contact QR. Test it before your trip, and keep a card in a pocket, on a backpack or on a lanyard.

Privacy first Never add a full name, home address or school. Include only details a helper needs. Your child’s photo and card text stay on your device.
