Requesting a refund

Contact us using the email on your purchase. An admin reviews requests for unused credits and digital-download problems and approves refunds manually. Credits never expire, so there is no deadline caused by credit expiry.

After approval

A confirmed refund revokes unused credits and future download access associated with that purchase. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled. We will explain the result of your request. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
